Daily habits give you a list of no more than 5 simple things you can do to prevent dementia, foaldora’s 18 r each of aldora’s 18 dementia prevention targets.


#1: Don’t drink more than 3 drinks on any one occasion

The less alcohol your brain is exposed to, the better. It is also extra toxic to the brain when you get highly intoxicated. Keeping the number of drinks on any one occasion to a minimum is protective.
